For samples or trial orders, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, and ARAMEX can be provided.
For larger orders, delivery by air or sea or rail according to your requirements, we will try to help you to choose the best way depending on your actual situation.
-- For small orders or samples, we all use bubble bags or foam to pack one by one, so far customers who placed small orders have not yet feedback about the damage problem.
--For large quantities of container orders, we support the standard export pallet package or paper carton with safe egg packing. Also, we accept customized gift boxes.
--Other accessories like caps will be put in another carton to avoid hitting. We will guarantee the broken rate is under 0.2%.

a.The samples without customized logo and color are free, But the freight cost will be paid by your side.
b.If you would like to customize samples with your own logo and color, the sample and freight cost will be paid by your side.
2. Could you print it?
Yes, we can do silkscreen and hot stamping based on your requirements. and Pls kindly send us the printing file(PDF, AI, CAD, 3D Format)
3. How can we place an order?
Firstly we will send the sample for your quality checking. and then you're happy with our quality, We will make PI for you based on your requirements. After receiving the deposit, we will arrange the production for you. When the products are finished, we will inform you they're ready and send the photos for shipment to you. At last, we will send the original documents for customs clearance to you after you finish the balance payment.
4. What are your products' advantages?

5. What's your payment term?
50% deposit in advance by T/T, the balance payment before shipment or against the copy of B/L.
